Dr. Edgar Radjabli
Dr. Radjabli currently serves as the Managing Partner of Apis Capital Management, directing the overall investment strategy of the firm, including its flagship artificial intelligence powered long/short volatility hedge fund, the ACM Market Neutral Volatility Strategy Fund. He has 15 years of trading experience and holds a Series 3 Futures License from the CFTC/NFA.
He was previously Director of Total Equity Capital, a Baltimore-based venture capital firm, where he led the medical technology investment division, focusing on ground breaking technologies in medical imaging, diagnosis and devices. He was also the senior trader for the Capital Markets Transitions team, which was responsible for coordinating successful IPO exits in TE Capital's private portfolio companies.
As a consultant to for a regional bank, Dr. Radjabli led in building a $600MM healthcare student loan portofolio for the bank, a key component of its $4.5 billion lending and securitization division, which was eventually spun off and sold to a major financial insitution in 2019.
Dr. Radjabli also serves as manager and adviser to health care groups in the Baltimore area. Dr. Radjabli received his Bachelors in Commerce from the University of Virginia and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland.
